TERMS
You may request a refund for a single order (4 containers) of Zoguri by emailing support@biopocrates.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund in your email request. The 90-day refund period begins from the delivery date of your purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you via e-mail of the cancellation and request your confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, and will cover the cost of the product only, excluding any shipping charges. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@biopocrates.com.
