Shipping policy

Our shipping schedule is optimized to reduce the time your temperature-controlled package is in transit. Your bill/ship date may be pulled forward or delayed by two business days to adjust during peak heat or holiday weeks. We cannot guarantee a delivery date; however, almost all orders are delivered within two days of shipment.  BioPocrates is not responsible for stolen orders. Once it is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Refrigerate at 36-46F upon arrival.
