I love Zoguri! It is an important leg of the table to support and promote my personal health goals. I recently read that L. Reuteri is one of Mindy Pelz's (author of The Menopause Reset) favorite probiotic strains for balancing estrogen. Can't tell if I had any health benefits, as I already eat clean, and eat whole fat Greek. It taste great! I prefer it over Greek greassfed but Id be eating 3-4 jars of L a day and can't afford that.
