Results for me are masked by cancer, and chemotherapy, which includes steroids, and antibiotics. I give the ordering, shipping, customer support, and follow up 5 stars out of 5! I am hopeful this will help big time once treatments are done.
Can't tell if I had any health benefits, as I already eat clean, and eat whole fat Greek. It taste great! I prefer it over Greek greassfed but Id be eating 3-4 jars of L a day and can't afford that.

I went through a career transition for the first time in 30 years and was dealing with stress and anxiety while going through the process which took a toll on my physical and emotional energy. Since taking Zoguri, I have experienced improvement in both categories and sleeping much better at night.
I really suffered from sleep issues for a long time. I started taking Zoguri at nighttime because my friend was taking it at night and she told me after taking it how she can finally sleep after so many years when she couldn't. So I got some from her and took it after my supper. It's now been more than 6 months of taking it and this has changed my life. My sleep is better, my mood is now stable (although I didn't think I was moody, but realize now that I was!), I don't get irritated easily anymore at work. One thing I've noticed but didn't expect is that everyone else around me is getting sick this winter and I haven't been! I started a bit of sniffles and it was gone in a day. Normally I have to go to the doctor and get antibiotics every winter. Not this winter. I should've had 5-10 days down by now, but not one this season.

Purchased this based on Dr. William Davis book Super Gut, always have stomach issues, constipation, bloating, etc. Sleep terrible, been eating it for about 2wks now, so far tummy feeling better, seem to be going to the bathroom more and bloating seems better, I decided to give it 3 months on auto ship and see how I feel, I have high hopes. Since I've been taking Zoguri, my energy has been solid and so has my sleep. I don't feel like I need a nap after work. My sleep has improved greatly and I have avoided getting sick--unlike the old days when I'd get sinus infections a few times a year. But I just love the fact that I am calmer and not irritable at home. I don't think I knew I was on-edge before, but now I know for sure that I have felt great improvement in my overall health and well being.
